My jar has no pump. It appears that something is missing from it The only way I can use it is to dip my finger in the cream. I did not realize there was supposed to be a pump until I read the questions online.
The packaging for your product is our airless pump system. There is a platform in the packaging that rises as product is dispensed by pumping. There is *not a tube that goes into the bottle. This protects the formula from air so it does not degrade. When you first receive your product it might take several pumps to get the product to dispense. Since the product has not dispensed after several pumps it may indicate that air is trapped in the tube. Generally turning the bottle upside down and giving it a few firm hard pats with the palm of your hand will release the air and will have the product pumping as it should. It may take a few cycles for it to start to work.
