What is the retinol concentration?
We only disclose the concentration (or percentage) when an ingredient is an active ingredient that is FDA-approved for over-the-counter use.
Can you/should you use this during the day? Directions are misleading. On the website it primarily says use at night, but on "step 2", the packaging, and on the actual product label it says to use at night and day time. Also, the photo shows that you can apply this on eye lids, but is that true? I have also read that you should not do that.
