* Returning Customer? eGift Cards Where can I purchase an eGift Card? Murad eGift Cards will be available soon! Please check back for updates on availability. If you already have a Murad eGift Card, you’re welcome to redeem it anytime. How are eGift Cards delivered? Murad eGift Cards are sent via email to the recipient. Your name, email address, and personalized message will be on there so that the recipient knows it’s from you. You can even include a message! How do I redeem my eGift Card? At checkout, type your eGift Card number into the eGift Card field box on the right-hand side of your cart. If your order exceeds the amount on your eGift Card, enter your credit card to cover the remaining balance. Any remaining eGift Card balance can be used for your next purchase. You can also use more than one eGift Card per order. Will my eGift Card expire? No. Your eGift Card will not expire and will remain active as long as there is a balance. What if I lose my eGift Card redemption code? If you lose your redemption code please contact us and reference the email that your eGift Card was originally sent to and we will resend your code. What if I make a return for an order that used an eGift Card? If you make a return for an order that was fully or partially paid with an eGift Card, a refund will be issued on a new eGift Card with the original payment balance. If you make a return for an order paid with multiple eGift Cards, a refund will be issued on a new single eGift Card with the original payment balances of the eGift Cards used in the order. Can I use my eGift Card to place an order over the phone? No. At this time eGift Cards can only be used on Murad.com Can I use my eGift Card at Murad International stores? No. At this time you can only use your Murad eGift Card on Murad's U.S. website. Will sales tax be collected when I purchase an eGift Card? We do not charge you sales tax when you buy a eGift Card, although any products purchased with the eGift Card are subject to applicable sales tax.
