Kodo Nishimura

Kodo Nishimura is a Japanese Buddhist monk, makeup artist, LGBTQ activist, model and author. He rose to fame following his appearance on "Queer Eye: We're in Japan." After being selected by TIME magazine as a Next Generation Leader, Kodo spoke about his LGBTQ activism at the United Nations Population Fund, Yale University, and Stanford University and was featured on CNN and the BBC. His mission is to empower all people sharing Buddhist wisdom with a touch of makeup.
