How do I purchase a Murad Gift Card and/or eGift Card online?
You can purchase Murad Gift Cards and Murad eGift Cards online at (website here). Note: Murad will only honor Gift Cards and eGift Cards purchased through our website. You cannot use a Murad Gift Card or eGift Card to purchase other Gift Cards or eGift Cards online.
What is the difference between a Gift Card and an eGift Card?
When a Murad Gift Card is purchased, the recipient of the Gift Card will receive a physical card via mail. When a Murad eGift Card is purchased, the recipient of the eGift Card will receive it via e-mail. There is no difference in the functionality or use of the cards, as both keep track of a prepaid value.
Is there a limit to how many Gift Cards or eGift Cards I can purchase?
Yes. You may purchase multiple Murad Gift Cards and Murad eGift Cards up to a total of $500.00 USD per transaction.
Once I purchase a Murad Gift Card or Murad eGift Card, how long does it take before it may be used?
The full balance is available immediately to redeem for Murad products on murad.com and also through Customer Care at 1.888.996.8723.
How do I cancel the purchase of an eGift Card?
If you chose a delivery date that is in the future, you may cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Support. If the delivery date is the current day or a past date, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I’ve paid for it?
Not at this time.
Are there any fees associated with the purchase of the Murad eGift Card?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift card. We will not impose shipping or other fees at any time.
So then are there any fees associated with the purchase of a Murad Gift Card?
There are no shipping fees on a Murad Gift Card sent by USPS Ground. However, there will be applied fees if you choose to send it by FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight.
