What if I previously claimed a loyalty promo code, but have not redeemed it?
No worries, we've automatically credited your account back for those unused promo codes (claimed prior to 02/05/2019). Moving forward your points will only be deducted once an order is placed! That way your points and redemption options are completely flexible.

How do I track my reward points?
You can track your point balance on both the Beauty Rewards page and your Account page.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can use your points in your cart to redeem dollar discounts. Once logged in and ready to check out, go to the cart page to view your balance and discount options. Select your discount amount and click "Apply".
You can also use your points to redeem products as well by navigating to Beauty Rewards. Under "Redeem for Products" you will see an "Add to Bag" button below each reward product. Once clicked, a prompt will appear to confirm your selection after which your product will be added directly to your cart.
Please note that your point balance will reflect any discounts or product redemptions applied; however, your points will only deduct from your account once an order is placed.
Is a purchase required to collect my reward product?
Yes, you must have additional items in your cart for you to redeem your points for a reward product.
Can I redeem my rewards with other Murad promotional offers?
Unfortunately, promotional offers that require a promo code are not stackable with loyalty dollar discounts. This also includes discounted kits, regimens, continuity, subscription, and auto-delivery products.
We do, however, allow promo code stacking with product redemptions.
How are points calculated?
You will receive 2 points for every $1 spent on the purchase of a product. Auto-delivery products and orders will receive 4 points for every $1 spent. Please note that "As Seen on TV" kits, activation kits, and continuity orders are excluded from the bonus points campaign. Taxes, shipping costs, discounts and promotional gifts do not earn points. Points are only accrued against the order subtotal.
Do points expire?
The points you accrue do not expire, they are yours to keep.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
Yes, once a product is refunded your points will automatically be deducted for the correct amount. This adjustment will be reflected in your point balance.
What happens if I return a product which was redeemed using points?
As a general rule, reward redemptions are non-returnable. In certain instances, if the product is unopened, then you may be permitted to return the product and have the points credited back to your account, please contact Customer Care for more information.
