Christa is a Los Angeles based NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Plant Based Blogger. Her philosophy on training is that one needs to first look inward and establish their "why" in order to begin a successful health and fitness journey. She also believes that fitness should fit seamlessly into one's lifestyle and should enjoyable! In addition to her personal training, she has contributed to various online magazines dedicated to health and wellness such as I Eat Grass, Our Legaci, JL Goes Vegan, No Animals Harmed, Kwanzaa Culinarians, Brown Vegan, and Vegan Mainstream.
