This recipe is specially developed to keep your skin hydrated and supple. As an added bonus, pomegranate has a low-glycemic index, making it an excellent choice for oil control!

Serve chilled


  • ½ cup pomegranate
  • ½ cup soy, low-fat, or nonfat milk
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or unsweetened frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon lecithin granules
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
  • Optional: 3 to 4 ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Optional: stevia extract to taste
