Hydration isn’t just about what you drink, it’s about what you eat. Goji berries are rich in amino acids and antioxidants that help strengthen the cell membrane and give you an extra boost of hydration.
Goji berries have been used for more than five thousand years in high-altitude areas such as Tibet and Mongolia, where there was limited access to fresh produce and vegetables packed with Vitamin C, polyphenols, and carotenoids.
Serving as a powerful alternative to fruits and vegetables, goji berries are known as a longevity and strength-building food, and are attributed to both long life and a good quality of life.
As one of the most nutrient-rich foods on the planet, goji berries are full of essential amino acids, containing five hundred times more Vitamin C by weight than an orange. They contain more than twenty trace minerals, such as iron, copper, calcium, and zinc, and are the richest source of carotenoids in the world.
This refreshing goji berry lime smoothie is full of nutrients that will boost your glow and keep your body hydrated from the inside out. Cheers!
