"I am not really sure what this product is suppose to do. I switched to the Murad line this year. I can't tell if it is the pill or the products I am using, but my skin appears much more hydrated than ever before. I live in a climate that get very cold. "Since starting on this supplement, I can see a good deal of change. My skin doesn't seem as dry. Before I started taking this supplement, my hair was falling out big time. Now that I have been on this product for over 3 weeks, my hair seems to be doing much better and so is my skin. I also used this supplement because my skin was dry as well as all the other problems. The red on my face that looked like a rash is almost barely visible.
