Used this one after getting a sample and prefer it as it gives my skin a slight tingle and I think it makes me "feel" as though its cleaner. Its not drying at all, and using a toner does make the mositurizing products work better, so I would suggest trying this one if you like the tingley feeling most toners give your skin.
