YOUNGER AND HEALTHIER LOOK

Just wanted to tell you I have been using your skin care products for about 2 months now -- I use the products for Normal/Combination Skin for 3 weeks of the month, and then switch to the Acne Kit with the Anti-Aging Acne Treatment. Each day, I also use your Oil-Free SPF 30 sunscreen. I also take the Pure Skin supplement and the Pomphenol Sunguard supplement. I just wanted to say that after two months of using these products, my skin is fabulous. I have never used products that have worked this well. Co-workers and friends have commented on how wonderful my skin looks, and it feels soft and smooth to me too -- not only on my face, but the rest of the skin on my body seems healthier too. In addition, my skin looks so good and fresh, I have been "carded" several times at restaurants when I've ordered a glass of wine!! Also, recently, someone guessed my age. I'm trying to get a hold of the Doctor and talk to him about the hair product Murad hair serum, shampoo, condition. Wanted to let him know I have used this product for a year. I was diagnosed with Cancer...I lost all my hair, I continued to use even without hair. After the radiation & Chemo, they told me my hair would probably not grow in again, because of the radiation to my hair and that I have lost it twice. As I woke up each morning, I was frightened to look in the mirror. The product that was supposed to be giving me amazing skin was instead turning it into a nightmare. I knew that I was supposed to have some "purging," however this was ridiculous. Prior to my use of the Murad product, I hadn't had an acne problem, but I wanted to see if it would make my skin look even better. Well, in two weeks of using the treatment, I was horrified at the sight of my skin each passing day. Than I decided to call the Murad specialists, and was fortunate enough to talk to a women named Cynthia. She than informed me that my skin was probably in "shock," and she suggested I follow a new routine. Well, all I have to say is she hit the nail right on the head! In one day I could see a huge difference, and it just keeps getting better. In fact, my skin is starting to look better than it has ever looked, and I owe it all to a very skilled Murad specialist. I found that the live chat was able to answer questions a lot more timely than through the e-mails. I was able to do the chats while I was doing other things. It was probably not as easy as calling but I figured that I would just continue my order while I was on-line. I was also able to look at the other products while I was waiting for response and even do other work. I also did not feel pressured into other sales or offers and by being on line I could check and verify things if I wanted to. I appreciate her kindly updating the shipment to priority for this first use and letting me know the changes that could be made to my order in the future if I needed it. I hope this works. I am getting very disgusted with my face and I think it is starting to affect how I feel about myself. But she kept bugging me so finally I called just to say I did. Well Martha you were quite informative not only about your products but about skin care in general. What finally convinced me was when you told me about how your nephews participated in a study and came out feeling better. I mean, here are these boys who are afraid of girly things and they thought Murad was great. What was I afraid of? I must be old fashioned. I recently purchased your product called "Energizing Pomegranate Lip Therapy SPF 15." My lips were totally cracked from the winter season. I applied this product a few times the day I purchased it and I'm happy to say I found it extremely helpful. So, I just wanted to comment and let you know that I am very satisfied with this product. Also, I see on the back of this product's box that Murad does not test on animals. I was comparing a bunch of different lip treatments and as soon as I read this part on your product, I grabbed it and forgot about the others. Thank you for not testing on animals. I am delighted to write about my experiences with Murad, because the people on the other end of my e-mails have been so kind and helpful to me. I recently bought a bottle of the Night Reform Treatment and a tube of Resurgence Age-Balancing Night Cream. I e-mailed some questions about these, because the woman who sold me the Night Reform had been so confused (she told me it was part of the Vitolic line!). I wanted to make sure that these were o.k. to use together. I got an immediate, and extremely helpful, response from Sandra -- but because my questions had been sort of confusing, I wrote back again for more clarification. Again, she wrote back right away and cleared up all of my questions. I was so appreciative of that kind of response, that I called her to thank her. Also, I have been using Murad's eye complex for many years and think it is the greatest eye cream on the market. I am so impressed with all of you people at Murad! You take the time to help when customers like me write -- your answers are not form responses, but real, thoughtful answers. I have always liked Murad, but my experiences with all of you lately have told me that you really care about your customers -- if all companies operated like you do, I think all customer complaints would cease. Good Morning: Just a quick note to say that Murad is a great line. I've used Murad for the last eight years, I had a break out and stopped using Murad about two years ago. I went to the Dermatologist and he had me wash my face with nothing but water, a big mistake for me. He then asked that I apply a topical antibiotic which did not help. After three months of breaking out consistently and seeing the dermatologist I went to my Esthetician and she began my series of facials using the Murad line. My skin has cleared up substantially. I continue to use Murad, I have referred my girlfriend who has a severe case of acne and her skin has begun to heal. Dr. Murad thanks for thinking of the ladies. AndreannaAndreanna. na, CA
