Sir/Madam,
I see on your website the option to email you if a customer is still not satisfied. I am usually very keen to express my concerns and complaints whenever I find something less than satisfactory. On this occasion, I feel that I must write for completely the opposite reason. I am delighted with your products and think it only fair to thank you for changing my life.
I have only been using your products for just over a year but noticed fairly quickly that they were the most effective products that I'd ever used. I suffered from extremely dry skin for a number of years and must have tried every possible highstreet product dedicated to solving the problem. None seemed to do much to solve my annoying and irritating problem.
Quite by accident I stumbled across a website (www.mankind.co.uk) that stocks many of your products. I was impressed with the products claims and decided that I would give the following items a try;
Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser 200ml
Murad Hydrating Gel Mask 75gm
Murad Cellular Replenishing Serum 30ml
Murad Essential C Day Moisturiser SPF15 50ml
I didn't honestly expect to notice much difference in my appearance and was stunned at just how quickly your products turned my appearance around from having a dry, patchy and dull face to the now 'perfect' (girlfriends opinion!!) face.
I cannot believe how I ever managed to live without these products in the past and now never stiff at the thought of spending my money on your products. Not only has my appearance changed for the better, but with it my confidence has grown and I always feel a million dollars whenever I use them. Thanks for changing my life.

My skin looks great!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you profusely for introducing me to the Murad Firm and Tone Supplement. I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve received on how great my skin looks lately. I have professional people in the beauty industry asking me what I use. Our receptionist, who works part time for Chanel cosmetics was so impressed she said I was glowing. I can’t believe that people have noticed it, since my skin was pretty OK to begin with. I have lost 5 lbs. too, but I’m not sure if it has to do with stress or the metabolism boost from the treatment. I LOVE this product!

Dear Dr. Murad,
I am writing to comment on how much I am enjoying your products. Now in week 2 of your 5 week program, I applied my 2nd Vitamin C Infusion yesterday, and with my combination skin, I am also using daily the refreshing cleanser, hydrating toner, combination skin treatment, perfecting lotion, and as a final night time treatment - night reform. I am also taking the wet suit supplements and the youth building supplements daily. I read your book, "Wrinkle Free Forever" before starting the program, and have decided to invest in my skin forever!
A couple of years ago, I purchased a bottle of Perfecting Lotion on a clearance rack, and was amazed at how soft and smooth it made my skin feel before applying makeup. Ever since, I have been wanting to purchase more products, so I finally "took the plunge" recently, read the book, and purchased the products I thought fit best with my combination skin (oily nose and forehead, dry on the cheek and neck area).
I am looking forward to my and improved look after 5 weeks of your product use. The timing works out perfectly for me because I have a very special date coming up around the first week of October, so by then I hope to really see a better me when I look in the mirror. I am already impressed with how clear and bright my skin is responding! (Did I mention that I will be celebrating my 58th birthday this year??)
I am very pleased with your products so far, and looking forward to hearing back from you soon. Hi, read the review under Dr. Murad's book at the Barnes and Noble cite. Look under official cite of Barnes and Noble and then enter title of his book. Scroll down a little and you will see my review. I will be writing Dr. Murad a testimonial, but wanted him to know I think his products are so wonderful I want the world to know. Dr. Murad provides the best of skin products out there. I wanted to say his products are better than Dr. Perricone's, Dr. Brandt's, Dr. Denese's, and many others, but Barnes and Noble's rules stated they did not allow one to state another company in a review. Make sure Dr. Murad reads this review of his book. I hope he is pleased. I think his skincare regime is the best and wanted people to buy his book and products, so I mentioned the book and products in the review. I hope he likes it. I can not pay back Dr. Murad enough for the wonderful, performing skin care he has created, so I thought by at least writing a review of the book and putting some information about skin products it would be a start. Thank you for the wonderful customer service you provide and thank Dr. Murad for his intelligence in anti-ageing and sharing it with the public and developing skin care products.

Being a long time user of your anti-aging products I sometimes take for granted how wonderful they are. I started using your line about 10 years ago when I watched an infomercial on T.V. At the time, I never realized what a good investment I was making in my skin not to mention my self-esteem.
I'm 57 years old and by no means a beauty or look like a 25 year old. I use Night Reform (my favorite), the exfoliating cleanser and Skin Perfecting Lotion. I recently tried your new Day Reform also and am looking forward to trying your eye creams now that they come in a pump (I wear contacts and prefer my eye cream in a tube or pump bottle). Although I'm on a very tight budget as my husband was downsized over 6 months ago, I save a little money each week so I'll be able to replenish whatever product I run out of. I've purchased your products on-line, through the catalog, at Sephora and on QVC (although I don't think they carry them any longer).
I have a funny story to tell you. I was at a dinner with a bunch of women and one of the ladies (who I don't really know well) asked what kind of make-up I use. I told her I don't use make-up, only powder blush. She got very indignant and said, "just tell me you don't want to share the name of the make-up you use". I proceeded to tell her that I really don't where make-up, just blush and some eye make-up. She practically turned her back to me and ignored me for a while. We met up in the ladies room and she gave me a cold stare in the mirror. I took a paper towel, put a few drops of water on it, rubbed it on my face and showed her. She was very embarrassed to say the least. I told her I would gladly share with her that I use Murad products and that I have to credit Murad for the beautiful skin I have.

I am absolutely amazed by Dr. Murad’s product which I found on a whim at a store in Chicago. I had an intro facial and bought a bunch of product including the viatamin c night cream and the oatmeal cleanser. I noticed a slight improvement in my skin. Then the real astonishment came when I had a facial in Reno Nevada and the estitician tried to sell me products before i saw the results. I told her I already had such products but did not know the name of the brand. When she took the towel off my face at the end of out session...... I looked at the most beaming skin I had ever had. Once I got home I realized I owned these products she used on me. However she educated me on the proper use and since then I have used Murad and had so many compliments on my skind and most pople have no idea that I am 37. The most common guess is 28.

I really hope you could be sure that Dr. Murad gets this message...I am sure he gets swamped with problems or is just busy developing new and even better products that he really doesn't have time for my opinions... Nevertheless, I need to tell someone at Murad....
I have been using your supplements for three years now. The two I have been religious in using are: Youth Builder and Daily Renewal Complex Antioxidant. I have to tell you that the results are beautiful. I probably sound like an infomercial but with you all being on the west coast I assume there are a lot of beautiful people...naturally and manufactured...that do not take getting older too lightly. I live in the Midwest where the winters are brutal on your skin and the sun seems to be non-existent for months. I do believe your looks are part genetic but lifestyle and spirit do play a role too on how we do outwardly appear. Well, I need to tell you I do not appear to be the age I am. Many people guess me to be 7-10 years younger that I actually am in calendar years. I owe part of that to Dr. Murad. Thank you Dr.Murad from the bottom of my heart for at least allowing me to look like I have a few more years of life left ahead.

comment about Murad products

Hi, my name is Deidre and I'm 45 yrs. old. I've been using Dr. Murad products for the last several years and I am constantly being told I look at least 10 yrs. younger, one person even guessed me to be 28. The reason why I'm writing today is that I was in a car accident 4 days ago. I'm fine, but the airbag did a job on my face, two black eyes, a couple of lacerations and extensive burning due to the powder from the airbag. The doctor at the hospital told me to put only bacitracin on my injuries, but I stuck with my Murad routine and you cannot believe in only 4 days how my face has healed. The only visible markings are the bruises from the black eyes (which are fading nicely) The Murasome Cellular Serum is certainly worth every penny and then some. People cannot believe how good I look in such a short time. Of course I tell them about your products and obviously the proof is in the pudding. Thank you Dr. Murad for not only keeping me beautiful, but making a scary and stressful situation much more tolerable. I can enjoy the holidays without being self conscience about how I look. I look forward to many more years of satisfaction with your products.

Your products are really great. I have found a perfect rotational regime to address all my skin care needs. I alternate evenings of a Tretinoin Cream prescribed by my dermatologist and on the alternate evening use your Night Reform, Cellular Serum followed by the perfecting night Cream.
On Alternate mornings I use your Vitamin C Line and and on the other morning was using your Combination Skin Formula, eye cream and your Oil Free SPF 15 Block.
However, now that it is summertime I noticed I was oilier and got some blemishes - annoying when you are 48.
I purchased your Anti-Aging Acne Formula and am really thrilled. I use it instead of the combination skin formula and am so happy. The blemishes just disappeared.
Because of your wonderful products I have no pimples, wrinkles or sagging!!!

I read about Wet Suit as a brand new product in a magazine and since it talked about how you could actually hydrate your skin from the inside out..I just had to check this out! The minute it arrived I took my first pill and then on the days after I took the recommended 2 pills per day. After ONLY FOUR days I noticed a big difference in my skin. My skin was softer, looked more refreshed, and dare I say YOUNGER!! YEAH!!! I live in a desert climate and even though I drink a ton (minor exaggeration) of water, my skin still tended to look dry. That is until Wet Suit! My friend who sees me a lot even asked me what I was doing because my skin looked sooo good (this was, again only after four days). I AM HOOKED! Tell Dr. Murad that he is a genius! I LOVE the fact that my skin not only looks great it is actually healthier. Thank You..Thank You...Thank You!

I have just begun using Murad Day Reform Treatment and I want to comment that it is absolutely the best product I have ever tried in it's class. I had previously used Lancome and although I liked and usd it for years, it does not even begin to compare with Murad. I am using less stick foundation because it just glides over my face and even though I am blessed with a good complexion at the age of 56,Murad makes it look even better. I am telling allofmy friends!

Thank you for getting back to me so promptly. I am currently using the vitamin c wash, combination skin formula followed by either skin perfecting lotion or sensitive smoothing cream depending on what my skin needs at the time. I live in Prescott Arizona and I have noticed that I get dryer in the winter time. I also love using your acne management formula for breakouts. I also keep the skin soothing formula around for when my roscea flares up, this seems to work very well when my skin gets irritated and itchy. Last I am a firm believer in the pure skin supplements, I take them daily on a regular bases. I don’t go away from home with out my murad bag in hand. Is there anyway I could meet Dr. Murad sometime to thank him in person for his wonderful products? I would love for him to evaluate my skin and see the living proof of his products work.
I just recently got married and I was told my many guest what beautiful porcelain skin I have. I never thought that I would see the day where I got compliments on my skin. I had acne bad as a teenage and well into my adult life, and then I was eventually diagnosed with roscea.
I first heard about Dr. Murad on an infomercial for the acne kit, that is how I got started. I have had nothing but great customer service from my consultant Rebecca. She is the greatest and really knows the product well; it is because of her help that I found a regimen that works for me. I never thought to mix and match the different skin care lines until she help me customize on that work for my skin.

I love your products

I just wanted to say how much I love your products. I use to sell Jafra products for 5 years and I believed their was nothing better. Since I've left Jafra I have tried out other lines and have found out differently. When I was in my beauty supply shop the girl turned me on to some samples of Murad. Out of all the products I have tried I can't believe what a difference your products have made. My husband notices nothing, after all we've been married for 29 years. But after I was using your products for maybe 2 to 3 weeks he said "I don't know what it is you are doing to face but keep it up it's looking great. So there's my testimony on your products. If there is any way I could be a Sales Representative please let me know. This is such an awesome product and I would love to be part of it.
