"First I have to say, I only used this product one night. I got really dizzy and disoriented, and actually found it difficult to sleep. I believe it's the very high concentrate of melatonin. Melatonin tends to give me slight headaches but I can live with them---however this melatonin is very strong and I couldn't tolerate it at all. A few months later I was turning a friend onto Murad (I love their resurgance) and told her about all the products I had tried. She wanted to try sleep reform because she never had an sensitivity to melatonin, but the first night she took it, she said she got nauseaus and threw up. So there is definitely something in the product that does not agree with everyone. I'm giving it 3 stars because NO murad product I have ever used was less than 3 stars and most are 4 or 5. But you might not want to take a full dose the first time you use it, before you see how your body will react." "I really recommend this product to anyone that experiences occational insomnia. I have tried so many over the counter products with similar ingredients, but they did not work nearly as well as this product. I did not experience that hangover feeling the next day like I have with some of the other over the counter products. Excellent!"
