from Los Angeles, CA "When I became an adult, I started getting a lot of redness in my face, mostly on my nose, cheeks and chin. I assume it's some form of rosacea. I've tried every product known to man, or so it seemed, when I came across the Murad site (due to acne breakouts). I just started using the treatment package (face wash, treatment cream and lotion) last week and it started working immediately. Each day I use it, my face seems noticeably less red, even after I first wake up in the morning, which was always my worst time of day. I would estimate that 95% of the redness has been diminished which is such a miracle to me. I was never capable of getting up and going anywhere without first putting makeup on and now I can confidently say I'm able to without feeling self conscious. I highly recommend the entire treatment package to anyone who suffers from the same issue. On a side note, I have also used Murad's Acne Bodywash due to having sudden breakouts from sweating at the gym and after the first use, the breakouts started disapppearing. I am becoming a huge fan of Murad and will be forever grateful for their highly effective products!! Thank you!" from Seattle, WA "I have a rosacea and have had it for a good period of my life. I was given tropical cream by a physician last year, but I didn't like the way it smelled and it dried out my skin. I was browsing the internet and came across Murad and their treatment. I have been applying the treatment morning and night including the moisterizer for about a month now, and I have only seen the shade get semi lighter. I am still red in the face and it doesn't seem to get any lighter than that. I would suggest Murad to a friend for acne problems but not for rosacea as severe as mine. Guess I am back to square one." Mildew smell!,

"I can't really say that I've noticed any decrease in redness using these products. I really have to wonder if I got a bad batch because this particular product smells like mildew. I have a really hard time putting this on my face because I don't know if it's supposed to smell that way or if, indeed, it's bad and I'm smearing mildew on my face! Has anyone else noticed that smell? The rest of the trio in this treatment pack has a nice lemon/lime scent to them. But this one is definitely a mildew smell. For that reason, I cannot recommend it to anyone. :( I use the other products in the trio but skip this step."
