"Who knew you could actually get a sunscreen boost from a pill? I have super fair skin and I burn (and get dark sun spots) really easily, though I religiously try to wear sunscreen. I got this as part of an "anti-aging" supplement kit that Murad used to sell, and have continued to buy just the Pomphenol because it works so well. (The other supplements also worked really, really well, but I became a vegetarian so couldn't take them any more.) How do I know it works? Well, one time I missed a spot on my shoulder, and instead of burning like I usually would have, I only got a little pink instead. Great stuff." "I LOVE this pill. My bone white skin is testament to the fact that I'm deathly afraid of the sun. Okay, maybe not, but I go to great lengths to avoid sun damage to my skin (SPF, protective clothing, large hats) and this pill is a great internal way to battle sun damage.
