"I purchased this for my daughter who's had blackheads for a very long time. She started using this weekly after cleansing her face. & After using this for about 3-4 times. "This mask feels great. It goes on smoothly and has a light scent that fades after a few moments. The first thing I noticed was the cool feeling on my skin. It didnt' sting or was uncomfortable but the coolness was very intense and didn't fade the whole time I left the product on my face (15 minutes). It was extremely refreshing -- like standing in front of an open freezer! I found it a little hard to remove with just a rinse of warm water since it dries to a thick gel consistency. However, I used a soft washcloth to gently remove it. My skin was smooth and glowing and still felt "cool" for quite some time after removal. The packets contain more product than is needed for one treatment. So I would recommend cutting the tip and squeezing it out gently rather than tearing off the top. You can easily get two treatments (for face and neck) out of one packet. I would recommend this product for a very refreshing treat for your face. Take some time to sit back and enjoy the sensation. I have sensitive skin and did not experience any burning or stinging -- it felt great! I look foward to seeing the effects of repeated use."
