"I'm not sure how necessary this product is, but I noticed a definite change in the feeling of my face when I put on perfecting serum right before bedtime. You can not match the feeling you get the next morning. Because I live in a hot, humid climate, I never put moisturizer on top of this product, but I've heard that your skin might feel a little dry if you're in a dry climate.

"This product works exactly as stated it will. The great thing about it is that it drys very quickly and leaves a velvet feel to the skin which is a great surface to apply make-up to. Don't use in place of a moisturizer. Also, don't misinterpret the name. The fact that is a serum doesn't mean it is a wrinkle reducing or face firming product. It is a finishing product that allows make-up to be applied with an professional appearance. I do have to be careful with the amount of this I use though, too much and it does make my face break out."
