This refreshing toner balances, hydrates and neutralizes surface impurities. Lecithin helps lock in moisture and restores suppleness. A perfect way to prepare skin for treatment.

How to Use

Hydrating Toner

Every day after cleansing, pour a small amount onto cotton pad and gently wipe over face and neck.
