Do you offer gift
cards?
Yes, Murad Medical Spa gift cards are an ideal year-round gift for
any occasion. Order them by phone or in person at the Murad Medical
Spa. Please be aware that gift cards must be presented at the time
of service, for we are unable to track them should they be lost.
Gift cards are worth a monetary value and are given with suggestions
only.
Are reservations absolutely necessary?
Though we do accept walk-in appointments, we strongly suggest that
you make advanced reservations for services, as space tends to fill
up quickly.
What is your cancellation policy?
A credit card is required to hold all appointment reservations.
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need
to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation made with less than 24
hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the services.
How soon before my appointment should I arrive?
Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment.
Before your massage, let the stress go and take a few moments to
enjoy a sauna or relax in serenity.
Do you have a late arrival policy?
As a courtesy to other clients, services must conclude as scheduled.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will not be able to
extend your treatment beyond its scheduled time.
Do you validate parking?
As a courtesy, we validate for the first 90 minutes.
Is it safe to have esthetic services if I am pregnant or
have a medical condition?
Yes, though you should take care in choosing your treatments. Please
notify our staffs if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions,
skin sensitivities, allergies, or physical ailments, as certain
services are not recommended. If there is a doubt, please consult
with your physician prior to booking your appointment.
Are cell phones allowed in the spa?
As a courtesy to everyone and to create a calm sanctuary for both
guests and staff, we ask that you turn off all cell phones and pages
while you are in the spa. If you have an important call, however,
we would be happy to bring you a cup of tea in the garden area outside.
How old do you have to be to receive a service?
We accept appointments for young adults beginning at the age of
11 for facials, manicures, pedicures and haircuts. All other services
are offered to adults 18 and over.
Would I be able to bring my child with me to my appointment?
Out of respect for our clients we ask that children under the age
of 11 not be in our spa area.
