"this cream stings but it works. i have been using it for about 1 month now and i can see that my dark circles are lighten a little bit. i think i need to continue using it to see drastic results. the only set back though is it is quite expensive. i bought it because i have heard rave reviews about dr.murad products. bottom line is- this product is worth your money." "I cannot say enough good things about this eye cream. Without a doubt, this is the only eye cream I have ever found that has completely eliminated the seemingly perpetual bags I have had under my eyes my entire life. Not only that, the product takes only minutes to start noticing results. I put it under my eyes right after waking up and it does the trick. Any time I am going out to an event where I need to look my best, I dab just a small amount on my eyes and I am good to go. Penny pincher that I am, I still recommend this purchase. The very little you need per use (a .5 oz bottle lasted me one year) coupled with its potency ensures that this is the best possible buy on the market for baggy eyes.
Word of warning, though, it stings! When you put it on, leave plenty of time before makeup application so you can cry out all the tears this cream brings before putting on mascara." "I love this eye cream for the day. I recently made the switch from other high end brands because I do not agree with mainstream brands testing their products on animals. I have been extremely happy with my skin's response to the eye cream. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it isn't the best smelling eye cream I have ever smelled, but I'm sure it has to do with not adding artificial smells to the product. "Having spent a lot of years squinting in the sunlight, I'm now spending my 40s trying a lot of different eye creams. Essential-C is the first one I've tried that really makes a noticeable difference in the look and tone of my skin. I also like the fact that it has sunscreen in it, and that it is a nice, light, absorbent cream -- not a heavy, greasy one like so many eye creams. The only drawback I've found is that it does make my eyes sting a bit after a while, as it migrates into my eyes. But overall, it is awesome!"
