If you would like to change your email address on file with Murad, please submit the Change of Email
Address form or contact a Skincare Specialist at 1.888.996.8723. Please do not register
a new account under your new email address, as your account history will not transfer to the new
account if you do so.

Should you wish to cancel automatic shipments, please submit the Cancellation Form or call us
