Ordering / How to shop online/using the shopping cart:

Step 1: Using the Shopping Basket

Follow these steps for an easy shopping experience at murad.com
• To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on
   "Add to Cart Button" of the item you wish to buy.

• To change the quantity of items, change the number
   in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Recalculate"
• To remove an item, check the box under the column labeled
   "Remove" and click "Recalculate" to see your new total.

Step 2: How to Use a Promo Code at Murad.com

Use the following checklist to make sure qualify for the offer:
Step 1. Spend the minimum order requirement to receive the offer
Step 2. Place your products into your Murad Shopping Cart
Step 3. Checkout
Step 4. To receive the promotion you must enter the promotion code.
Step 5. You must hit the update button

• To continue shopping click on the "continue shopping" at the top or bottom of the page.
• To check out click on the "proceed to checkout" at the top or bottom of the page.

Step 3: Sign In

If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping cart and want to checkout, you will be asked to sign in providing your email address and password.

If you are a new customer and have not shopped at murad.com before, you will be required to register by providing your email address and creating a password.

Step 4: Shipping and Billing

If you are a returning customer, you will have all previous shipping and billing addresses saved and you can easily select your preference.

If you are a new customer you will need to enter in your shipping and billing information. Please be careful to spell the address information correctly and not to abbreviate your city.

Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order by hitting clear or exiting. To place your order, click "Place Order"

Step 5: Order Confirmation

Once the order is placed, and Order Confirmation page will be displayed with an order number. You will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your order information. Murad ships all packages within 1-2 business days (less exception orders). Once your order has shipped you will receive a ship confirmation email, outlining your shipment and tracking information.
