For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Check or Money Orders:
If you wish to pay by check or money order, please send your order and payment to the address below. Note: be sure to include shipping and handling fees and CA Tax of 8.25% if applicable. Check or Money orders sent with no S&H or CA tax (if applicable) will be returned.
