What if my Murad eGift Card is lost or stolen?
Your Murad eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed Murad eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately at 1.800.242.5353. If your Murad eGift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new Murad eGift Card for that value.
For your convenience, an e-mail will be sent to you when your Murad eGift Card is sent. Please note that spam filters may block the incoming e-mail.
Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of a Murad eGift Card.
