To cancel an order you just placed on Murad.com, call us toll free during normal business hours:
1.888.99.MURAD (M-F 6AM—6PM PST; SAT 7AM—3:30PM PST). If you placed your order on
www.acnecomplex.com or www.resurgence.com, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to download in
our system.

However, we make every effort to process your orders promptly. Because of this, your order may have
already been processed. If your order has been processed, you can return your products for a full refund
within 60 days from the ship date (less shipping and handling charges).

I want to cancel my club membership, how can I do this?
Please remember that you have complete control over your automatic shipments and you may change
the frequency as often as you wish. You may receive the kits as often as every 30 days to as far apart
as every 5 months.

This means if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Murad for
a full refund of the purchase price, even if the bottles are empty (less shipping and handling).
