"Want to help your skin from the inside and out? This book can tell you how. It tells you what supplements you can take to improve your skin, what foods to eat, and various natural extracts to incorporate into your diet. The meal plan is a tad extreme, but, it's a guide. It's so nice to know which supplements and how much I need of them to help improve my skin. I just started this about 2 weeks ago, but, my nails & hair look great. To me, this is a good indication on what's going on on the inside. He also tells you what to look for in your over the counter products to help with you cellulite. Two hundred dollars is a bit much for me to spend for his cellulite system right now, but, I feel that I am taking positive steps for my skin and my overall health." "I have to say that this book was total surprise for me!
I bought it accidentally with huge discount... and somehow didn`t expect it to be so informative and yet so approachable to us, common ppl.
The best part is that it doesn't deal only with cellulite problems, but also guides you to take control over you're daily diet and drastically improve you're life in general.
I highly recommend this one for all ages

"I've read this book many times. When I follow his advice there is always a benefit of health and beautiful skin that follows. When I fall off the wagon....it shows. After not eating healthy for over a year now I was looking for something to jump start me. I read the book again and am going full force with the plan. I know I will see results in my cellulite and health. Can't wait! 12 weeks from now I'll feel sooooo much better."
