"I've read this book many times. When I follow his advice there is always a benefit of health and beautiful skin that follows. When I fall off the wagon....it shows. After not eating healthy for over a year now I was looking for something to jump start me. I read the book again and am going full force with the plan. I know I will see results in my cellulite and health. Can't wait! 12 weeks from now I'll feel sooooo much better." "I have to say that this book was total surprise for me!
I bought it accidentally with huge discount... and somehow didn`t expect it to be so informative and yet so approachable to us, common ppl.
The best part is that it doesn't deal only with cellulite problems, but also guides you to take control over you're daily diet and drastically improve you're life in general.
I highly recommend this one for all ages
