Customer Care Representative

General Description:

Every employee in the Murad Customer Care Department plays a vital role in the overall performance of the department, and the company. We will make every customer say “WOW!” We come to work focused, active and ready to make something happen. We have a can-do, positive attitude and a sense of urgency. We move a little faster and jump a little higher than everyone else. We always deliver what we promise and on time. We share information, value trust and integrity and treat people with respect. We are team players and don’t care who gets the credit, although we give credit where credit is due. When we succeed, we all win.

  • Must have at least 1-year prior Customer Service experience
  • Must have professional phone voice; be patient, and able to handle a fast-paced call center environment
  • Prior skincare or similar industry experience preferred
  • Must type at least 45 wpm and have intermediate computer knowledge
  • Must be flexible to working retail hours 6am-6pm M-F and 6am-2:30pm Sat.

Primary Job Functions:

Provide quality telephone service to our consumer clients. Assist consumer clients with selecting the appropriate Murad products for their skin type. Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding the skin care line, orders, and referrals. Ensure that CC goals and objectives are achieved.

  • Accurately process orders while providing consistent suggestive selling
  • Handle and complete all telephone, chat, and email inquiries regarding Murad product line, while maintaining level of professionalism
  • Comply with company and department policies and procedures
  • Handle telemarketing outbound calls (declined credit cards/collections)
  • Provide explanation of billing charges
  • Prepare proper forms to process credit card refunds and discrepancies
  • Send catalog information to potential consumer clients
  • Utilize the facsimile when necessary
  • Handle UPS tracking and complete claim forms when necessary
  • Client follow-up on products and service (Handwritten birthday cards and thank you cards)
  • Knowledgeable of the Murad Website
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Meet minimum transaction requirements and guidelines set forth by Measurable objectives
  • Troubleshooting
  • Be a mentor to new MSCs through the first three months of their employment
  • Filing
  • Other duties assigned by Management

Spa Coordinator - Reservations

General Description:

The Murad Medical Spa Front Desk/Reservations position is the front line for our Murad Medical Spa client contact, whether the client is calling us on the phone or walking through the front door. Our goal is to guide clients through an effortless and enjoyable experience--from booking their appointments, providing a luxurious service, and checking out efficiently. Accurate communication and extensive knowledge of our services, policies and the Company is crucial.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Answer phones, book appointments, point of sale
  • Complete knowledge of all cash handling procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining a cash bank drawer
  • Complete knowledge of all Murad Medical Spa services
  • Complete knowledge of all Murad Medical Spa policies and procedures (hours of operation, address, directions, amenities, financial policies, age requirements etc.)
  • Complete knowledge of Murad product line and Customer Service referrals
  • Familiarity with Dr. Murad
  • Complete knowledge of millennium software
  • Keep abreast of industry and marketing trends
  • Participate and facilitate in All Staff and departmental staff meetings
  • Additional duties as required
