Does what it says! I received this as a sample and let me start by saying, I am very impressed with how well this product works. I've had blackheads on my chin for what feels like years... they NEVER go away. After using this product 2-3 times, I have noticed the most dramatic decrease in blackheads ever!! It's great! I use it all over my face as well, but the chin is the area I've noticed the most difference. My face has stung slightly while using this product (not every time) but it doesn't sting any more than the peels do (stings less than the peels actually). When it does sting, it's usually occurring when I'm putting the sealer on afterward. I just make sure I wash the blackhead remover mask off thoroughly. I always follow with a moisturizer (I use the hydro moisturizer or the acne and wrinkle reducer moisturizer) November 15, 2014
I'm disappointed I was looking for a product to clean the pores on your face. Read good reviews and I decided to buy this product. My skin is good, but with age, the pores get clogged and expanded. I want to warn everyone. This product made me allergies. Face was covered with blisters as burns. It took me a week to my face brought back the previous form. I am very upset and disappointed with this product. I would not recommend it. September 22, 2014
age 17 son uses with great results My age 17 son has been breaking out since puberty and is prone to blackheads and blemishes especially tzone area. I started steaming his face and then applying this combination afterwards. The results have been fantastic. He use to have a face full of blackheads which took forever to extract, and now 2-7 on the entire face. That is beyond the 58% Murad claim. I am totally satisfied and so is he. August 6, 2014
Well, it worked. . .sorta. The first time I used it, I was ASTOUNDED. It actually does what it advertises! The second time I used it, I looked at my skin meticulously and found maybe 5 or 6 blackheads remaining. It's AMAZING. However, after the second time I used it (I kept the mask on for the full 10 minutes both times), my face hurt and stung a bit. I thought maybe I'd rubbed it in too hard. My face has a tendency to hurt and turn red for no reason, so I wasn't concerned. I followed it up with Murad's Mattifying Moisturizer, as before. When I woke up the next morning, my skin still hurt, but on top of that if felt painfully tight. I reached up to touch my face and I was immediately concerned because it felt scaly. I used my nail to scratch at it gently so I could remove whatever it was on my face. There wasn't anything on my face, and I was even more worried because it felt like my skin had lost some sensitivity; I hardly felt my nail on my skin. I went to the mirror and looked closely at my skin. It wasn't redder than normal, but when I poked my cheek, it looked as if there was a layer of something on my skin. Not wanting to irritate it, but wanting to remove it, I used the most gentle cleanser I have, and slowly cleaned my face. It immediately stung and hurt and when I was done, I looked in the mirror, again. It looked a little better, and I touched my face again. It was only a little less hard feeling. I put on my moisturizer again. After about half an hour, it went right back to the way it was. The following day I noticed some mild peeling. I know this doesn't happen to other people often, but I just wanna warn others with super-sensitive skin, take heed, and actually do a patch test, or even try using it, but only leave on for 3 to 4 minutes. Good luck! July 24, 2014
