Lori Jacobus—Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Lori is responsible for leading the effort to drive brand growth and equity through strategic global marketing initiatives as well as by identifying new market opportunities, driving product development, increasing brand profitability and developing an overall growth strategy for the company.
Lori began her career at Sachs, Finley & Company, focusing on such iconic kid’s brands as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Power Rangers. Graduating from Sachs as a Senior Account Executive, she joined ICEbox Advertising where she rose to Executive Vice President and launched some of the fastest growing health and beauty products of all time including StriVectin, Relacore and Leptoprin. At ICEbox, Lori was responsible for global viability of the agency and developing top level advertising strategies across a broad range of clients and categories, utilizing branded, direct response and hybrid media.
A native of Santa Monica, California, Jacobus studied marketing at UCLA.
Beverly Parsons—Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Beverly oversees the Operations and Information Technology departments at Murad. She is responsible for Procurement (including Purchasing, Packaging Engineering and Quality Control), as well as the Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Center Operations/Logistics and Information Technology functions, with a focus on improving efficiency and maintaining cost-effective operations while growing the business.
Beverly comes to Murad from Guthy-Renker, where she spent 15 years in various Operations functions. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President of Business Integration, where she led cross-functional projects related to business growth and acquisitions to leverage knowledge of Guthy-Renker and the Direct Marketing industry. Previously, as Vice President of Operations, she was responsible for the Operations departments, including Purchasing, Planning, International Operations, Quality Control, Inventory Control and Logistics. Prior to joining Guthy-Renker, Beverly’s positions included Operations Manager at Ethel M Chocolates, Senior Manager of Corporate Inventory at Fingerhut Companies, Inc. and Inventory Management at CVN Companies, Inc.
Beverly graduated from Southern Illinois University with a dual degree in Accounting and Music.
Tracey Sameyah—President, Murad Inclusive Health
Tracey Sameyah is President of the newly formed Inclusive Health Division of Murad Inc. Created to provide consumers around the world a place to learn about and experience Dr. Murad’s Inclusive Health philosophies; the Inclusive Health Division’s innovative offerings continue to establish Murad’s leadership position within the industry. As President, Tracey has been instrumental in designing the Murad Inclusive Health Spa (MIHS) business concept and oversees the licensing and franchising of the concept to others, a first for Murad Inc. In this new capacity, Tracey also will launch the new Murad University of Inclusive Health (UIH) where she will manage and expand all facets of the University. UIH will be the first post graduate educational curriculum with a focus on Inclusive Health, uniting spa and healthcare professionals. Tracey will work hand-in-hand with Dr. Murad to educate the industry and those wanting to enter the industry on the importance of Dr. Murad’s philosophy of Inclusive Health. In addition, Tracey’s division oversees the functions of the flagship Murad Inclusive Health Spa in El Segundo, CA and the opening of new domestic and international MIHS locations.
Tracey was tapped to create the new MIHS division on the heels of her success as Global General Manager of the Murad Professional Division. In this role Tracey strategically managed sales and, along with her hand-picked team, ultimately doubled the already successful division’s revenue during her tenure. In addition, she coordinated marketing and education for the Professional Division and assisted in the development and launch of the Murad Professional Product line.
Tracey’s relationship with Murad began in 1992 with the management of Dr. Murad's first spa venture, A Sense of Self, the first medically supervised day spa in existence. After helping grow the facility into one of the most successful day spas in the country, Tracey was influential in evolving the facility into the award-winning Murad Medical Spa, where she assumed positions as Spa Director and Vice President.
Pamela de Ryss—Executive Vice President, Sales
A driving force behind Murad’s remarkable growth, Executive Vice President of Sales, Pamela de Ryss is responsible for the formulation and implementation of corporate strategies, exploring and capturing business opportunities in North America and refining the sales organization’s structure to maximize productivity for profitable growth.
Pamela began her career at Murad in 2002 as a Regional Sales Director for National Accounts and Spas and was promoted to Vice President of Sales for National Accounts in 2005. With her elevation to Executive Vice President in 2008, her duties were expanded to include the professional channel, which has been reorganized and revitalized under her stewardship.
Pamela’s extensive beauty industry background includes management positions at Christian Dior Giorgio, Beverly Hills, and P&G Prestige Fragrances were she held the title of National Retail Sales Manager before moving to Murad in 2002.
Pamela received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Washington.
Marina Randolph—Executive Vice President, Direct
As Executive Vice President of Direct, Marina spearheads the growth of our Direct Response TV business through highly branded communications vehicles, strategically crafted to generate awareness and drive retail sell-through, while also generating a positive ROI via targeted and relevant acquisition and retention programs. Additionally, Marina has been tasked with strengthening and maximizing existing customer relationships through the Infomercial, Online, Catalog and Direct Mail channels.
Prior to joining Murad, Marina was the Vice President at Beachbody, LLC and Guthy-Renker Corp. She led the successful launch of several brands, heading the marketing, creative, business development, strategic planning, and profits and losses management for skincare lines, including Proactiv Solution, Principal Secret, Timeless Secret and Derm Exclusive.
Marina graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Japanese. She is a member of various professional organizations, including Cosmetic Executive Women and Beauty Industry West.
Marios Stamatelopoulos—Vice President, International
As Vice President of International, Marios oversees all aspects of international sales, marketing and business development activities in other countries. Marios is responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities of distribution.
Prior to joining Murad, Marios was the Commercial Director at Korres Natural Products and the International Sales Marketing Manager for Europe, Asia Pacific and M East at Kitchenaid Appliances.
A native of Greece, Marios received his undergraduate degree at the University of Piraeus and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
